First-year Trainee Attorney at the Regional Bar Council in Kraków since 2025.
Graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University, where he received the rector's scholarship throughout his studies and graduated with distinction. In 2024 he defended his master's thesis, "Exclusion of a shareholder of a subsidiary participating in a group of companies", written under the supervision of Prof. Andrzej Szumański at the Department of Private Commercial Law.
Before joining KHM, he gained practical experience at Kraków law firms from his first year of studies. During his studies he was a member of various academic societies and participated in numerous national and international academic conferences. He is currently also a second-year student of Intellectual Property Law and New Media at the Jagiellonian University.
He spent a semester on international exchange at Galatasaray University in Istanbul, where he broadened his knowledge of international trade and international dispute resolution.
On the bar entrance examination, Piotr achieved the best result in Kraków: 144 out of 150 points.
Areas of practice
His main interests and practice areas are commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on company law and the legal relationships between shareholders.
He drafts partnership and corporate articles of association, assists companies in their day-to-day operations and conducts liquidation proceedings. Drawing on his experience with registry courts, he can advise on the most efficient approach to registration matters.

Fluent in English and Russian; advanced Italian and French.
Outside of work: a keen traveller (particularly fond of the Balkans, Central and Eastern Europe, and Italy), with interests in architecture, history, ethnography, linguistics and language learning.
