Company formation
We assist with choosing the right legal form and handle the entire incorporation process:
- Drafting articles of association or statutes, including bilingual (PL/EN) versions
- Advising on share structure, governance bodies and voting arrangements
- Filing for registration in the National Court Register (KRS)
- Obtaining NIP and REGON numbers, filing CRBR notifications
- Preparing ancillary documents: powers of attorney, opening bank account authorisations, lease agreements for the registered office
