Legal Advisor registered with the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków.

Doctor of Laws specialising in public economic law. Her doctoral thesis, on legal instruments supporting the development of competition in the electricity sector, was defended at the Department of Public Economic Law at the Jagiellonian University. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University.

Mediator at the Mediation Centre at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków, listed as a permanent mediator at the District Court in Kraków.

Over a decade of professional experience representing businesses (including clients in the banking, automotive, e-commerce, catering, construction, sports associations and public benefit organisation sectors) as well as individual clients in a wide range of civil and family law matters. She also spent several years as a member of the legal department of one of Poland's leading banks.

Areas of practice

Specialises in company law, providing ongoing legal support to businesses (commercial law companies, associations, foundations and sole traders) and handling individual instructions. Conducts commercial mediations in disputes between businesses.

Also represents individual clients in disputes relating to financial instruments offered by financial market entities (misselling involving corporate bonds and investment certificates). Conducts mediations in disputes between individuals, including family law matters.

Academic and professional development

Regularly participates in professional training, keeping up to date with changes in the law. Has participated in numerous academic conferences and symposia. Author of publications including "Innovation in competition law: selected issues" (in: Selected key issues of contemporary energy law, ed. Prof. A. Walaszek-Pyzioł) and "'Joint administration' as an element in building the internal market for electricity and natural gas" (in: Regulation and innovation in the energy sector, ed. Prof. A. Walaszek-Pyzioł, CH Beck).
