Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, defending her master's thesis at the Department of Intellectual Property Law. She has six years of professional experience at well-regarded law firms in Kraków.
Areas of practice
Her main practice areas are commercial law, company law and KRS registration proceedings. She provides comprehensive corporate support to capital companies, associations, foundations and other entities, covering:
- Incorporation (both in the traditional form and via the S24 online system)
- Ongoing corporate governance and amendments to articles of association
- Share capital increases and decreases, recapitalisation, share redemption and sale
- Transformations, mergers and demergers
- Liquidation and deletion from the register
She drafts corporate documents including resolutions of shareholders' meetings and management boards, minutes, internal regulations, shareholder agreements and share sale agreements. She organises and provides legal support for ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings and general meetings of association members, including in remote and hybrid formats.
She also handles the establishment of family foundations, preparing all required documentation: the foundation charter, founding act, asset schedule and beneficiary list, as well as the contribution of assets to the family foundation.
She represents clients in civil and commercial proceedings before common courts, drafting procedural documents at every stage of the dispute.
