Completed his legal studies with distinction at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University, defending a master's thesis on the supervision of commercial banks in Poland at the Department of Public Economic Law. Subsequently completed the legal advisor traineeship and passed the bar examination.
Spent several years as a member of the legal department of a Polish bank, responsible for overseeing the debt collection and credit departments and verifying legal collateral, in particular mortgages and promissory notes.

Specialises in banking law, commercial and business law, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and debt recovery procedures.
Focuses on representing individual clients in matters relating to foreign currency-indexed credit agreements and unauthorised payment transactions. Provides comprehensive legal services to businesses (commercial law companies and sole traders). Extensive experience in court representation.
