Clients on a retainer benefit from guaranteed priority service and preferential rates compared to ad hoc instructions.

Forms of support

Individual legal advice is available without a retainer agreement. A consultation is booked by phone or email, costs 400 PLN net + VAT, and lasts approximately 30-60 minutes. We will advise you on how to resolve your legal issue.

Ongoing retainer allows you to remain in constant contact with a dedicated lawyer who advises on the day-to-day affairs of your business. Within the chosen package, we help with running your business, negotiating contracts, preparing resolutions, and handling court proceedings including registry matters.

Retainer packages

All prices are net. Retainer fees do not cover court fees, postage, or travel costs outside Kraków.

Basic: 1,200 PLN/month, 4 hours included. Covers: ongoing legal advice (email, phone, video), pre-litigation debt collection, contract review, KRS changes.
Standard: 2,800-3,500 PLN/month, 10-14 hours included. Adds: contract drafting and HR templates, 1-2 on-site visits per quarter.
Premium: 5,000-15,000 PLN/month, 25-60+ hours included. Adds: company formation, participation in business meetings, court representation, English-language support.

How we work

We are a modern firm that communicates primarily remotely, which means we can work with clients across Poland. When an in-person discussion is needed, clients are welcome at our office in the centre of Kraków.
