New, Important Bankruptcy Provisions Enter into Force Tomorrow

Tomorrow, 24 March 2020, new provisions of bankruptcy law enter into force.

Olaf Maciejowski, who handles bankruptcy proceedings at the KHM Law Firm, has already written about the major changes on the way, and his article was also published by Gazeta Prawna (the article is available here: see here).

Tomorrow we will publish the first article in the series "Consumer Bankruptcy Step by Step", in which we explain when a consumer and an entrepreneur running a sole proprietorship may file a bankruptcy petition with the court.

Next week, in the article "Can You Prepare for Bankruptcy?", we will explain the costs of such proceedings and the documents to gather before filing the petition with the court.
